Shareholders' Agreements

The Spanish Securities Market Act (Ley del Mercado de Valores) establishes a system for publicising any Shareholders’ Agreements that regulate the exercising of the right to vote at General Meetings, or restrict or condition the free transfer of shares as relevant events by requiring them to be filed with the Company Registry.

The Company has not been informed of the existence of any side agreements the aim of which might be to exercise voting rights at General Meetings or which restrict or influence the free transferability of Criteria CaixaCorp’s shares.
