What is the Advisory Committee?

It is a non-binding consultative body the purpose of which is to further improve communication between Criteria and its Shareholders and the channels through which this is carried out, to ensure utmost transparency at all times.

Mission

The Advisory Committee's purpose is to enable Criteria to gain a first-hand insight into its shareholders’ views on communication between the company and its Shareholders, the channels through which this is conducted, and the information communicated, in order to improve dialogue between them.

Structure and functions

The Advisory Committee will be composed of Criteria Shareholders who will meet at least twice a year. Members must be Criteria shareholders and hold a minimum of 1,000 shares during their appointment.

Members will be invited to take part in the events organized by Criteria for its Shareholders: corporate presentations in Spain’s major cities, investors’ fairs, and any other information-giving or promotional events for Shareholders.
