XVI Finance Forum
The Spanish Finance Association (AEFIN), is holding its annual Finance Forum, an event which has become a Spanish benchmark for research in the area of finance, and is aimed at all professionals in the sector, whether from academic, business or government backgrounds.
ESADE is organising this year’s event, now in its 16th year, which is being sponsored by Criteria CaixaCorp, with the collaboration of CNMV, BME and Deloitte.
The Forum was held in Barcelona on November 13 and 14, 2008. During the event, the “Criteria CaixaCorp-Corporate Finance Forum Prize” was awarded to the best article.
This year's Criteria Prize for the best article on Corporate Finance was awarded to:
Cash, Acces to Credit, and Value Creation in M&As
