Adolfo Feijóo Rey. Non-director Deputy Secretary

General Secretary and legal advisor to the Criteria CaixaCorp Board of Directors.

He is a partner of the lawyers’ firm Global Abogados. Born in January 1971, he holds a degree in Economics and Business Management and in Law from the Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona. He also earned a Masters in Banking and Finance Law at Boston University School of Law and PDG from the IESE Business School.

He is currently member of the Board of Directors of Inversiones Autopistas, non-director secretary of SegurCaixa Holding (formerly know as CaiFor), CaixaRenting, FinConsum, Mediterranea Beach & Golf Resort, SegurCaixa, VidaCaixa, Negocio de Finanzas e Inversiones I, Repinves and Tenedora de Vehículos, and legal advisor to the Board of Hotel Caribe Resort.

He has also been the legal advisor to the Board of Directors of Edicions 62, and non-director secretary of CaixaCapital semilla E.C.R de régimen simplificado, Caixa Capital pyme Innovación, E.C.R de régimen simplificado, and Caixa Capital Desarrollo de régimen simplificado. He has previously worked in Uría Menéndez and Cuatrecasas Abogados.
