Criteria CaixaCorp's objective is to acquire stakes in fi nancial institutions to balance out its portfolio which is currently skewed towards investments in services companies. One of Criteria's strong points is the retail banking experience of its controlling shareholder, "la Caixa", and its ability to create value and synergies in new acquisitions.

Active management of our investments

Criteria CaixaCorp plays an active role in the governing bodies of its investees, and is involved in defining their future strategies, coordinating their management teams and contributing to the medium/long-term development of their business activities.

Value management of our investments

Criteria CaixaCorp carries out investments, divestments and corporate projects according to the opportunities offered by the market. Our priority is always to create value and return for our shareholders. As a result, Criteria's selling and buying positions depend on the markets and, as such, Criteria has the fl exibility and experience necessary to identify the best opportunities.
