Immaculada Juan Franch. Director

Member of the Board of Directors of Criteria CaixaCorp since May 2009.

Born December 2, 1963, she earned her undergraduate degree in education in 1984, followed by a post graduate degree in environmental education and a further degree in municipal organization.

Has held a technician position at the Public Spaces and Environmental Education Unit of Ebro Delta National Park since 1987. She has also been a councilwoman of Deltebre since 1991 and was the town’s mayor between 2001 and 2005.

In addition, she has held the position of adviser to the county council of Baix Ebre (1991); president of Ebro Delta National Park (1992); member of the executive committee of Caixa de Tarragona (1995-1999); member of the board of directors of Caixa de Tarragona (1995-1999); and member of the Catalonian sustainable development advisory council (Consell Assessor per al Desenvolupament Sostenible de Catalunya) (2000).

Since April 2005, she has served as a member of the General Assembly of "la Caixa" representing deposit holders and also as a member of the Board of Directors of "la Caixa," whose Executive Committee she joined in April 2009. In February 2010, she was appointed member of the Board of Autopistas Aumar S.A.C.E . Between June 2009 and June 2010, she has been member of the Board of Sociedad General de Aguas de Barcelona. In June 2010, She has been appointed member of The Board of Directors of Compañía de Seguros Adelas.

She is also a member of the Catalonian Corporation of Audiovisual Media (CCMA) advisory council.
