Lines of business

Criteria CaixaCorp has a multi-sector portfolio combining investments in listed and non-listed companies, which are leaders or benchmarks in their respective fields and which together make up a diversified portfolio that is hard to replicate, giving the company a privileged position in the market.

It has two main business lines:

A services business line that encompasses stakes in listed companies which are leaders in their respective markets. Investments target Spanish companies with an international presence in non-cyclical sectors, such as infrastructures, energy and services.

This line not only includes investments in the international banking sector via stakes acquired in banks outside Spain, but also investments in non-listed subsidiaries that operate in Spain in the fields of insurance and financial services, such as asset management, operational leasing and consumer financing.
