Miquel Noguer Planas. Director

Miquel Noguer Planas was appointed to our Board in 2003.

He is Mayor of Banyoles and Finance Director of Tripería Costa. Chairman of the Council on Social Action for Catalonia and of Sumar (Empresa d'Acció Social)

Born in Mieres (Girona) in 1963, he acted as Mayor for his hometown from 1991 to 2006. He also served as President of the Regional Council of Garrotxa from 1998 to 2006, and as Chairman of Consell d’Iniciatives Locals per al Medi Ambient(CILMA) from 2001 to 2006. He was likewise Director of Inmobiliaria Colonial from 2005 to 2006 and he has been member of the board of Sociedad General de Aguas de Barcelona from 2003 to 2010.

He currently serves on the Boards of ”la Caixa”, Abertis Logística, MicroBank of ”la Caixa”and is also a member of the Advisory Board of IMC Mutual. In June 2010, he has been appointed member of the Board of directors of Compañía de Seguros Adeslas.
